You've spent so long showing up for everyone else. What if it was finally your turn?

You've spent so long showing up for everyone else. What if it was finally your turn?

Is this you?

You say yes when every part of you wants to say no.

You feel guilty for having needs, let alone meeting them.

You've lost track of what you actually want, because you've been so focused on what everyone else needs from you.

You're not broken. You're burnt out. And there's a difference.

If this resonates, know that you’re not alone -
and you’ve come to the right place.

Hi, I’m Rosenda

I'm a certified life and health coach, and winner of PreKure Mental Health Coach of the year 2025. As a recovering people pleaser I know exactly what it costs to keep saying yes to everyone but yourself.

My turning point came during my own mental health crisis. I realised that in constantly giving to others, I had completely abandoned myself. Through deep inner work, therapy, and coaching, I reclaimed my voice, my health, and a life that finally felt like mine.

That's why I built Cultivate You, because every woman deserves to live a life that's true to herself, not the one everyone else expects.

When I'm not coaching, you'll find me with my husband and three daughters, walking our two dogs, guzzling cacao, and soaking up everything I can about health and wellbeing.

Here’s how I can help you reclaim your life

Stop shrinking and start setting boundaries that actually hold.

I help women move from burnout, stress, and overwhelm to living an authentic, empowered life where your needs, voice, and boundaries matter.

Together, we’ll create space for you to:

You move from exhausted and invisible to energised and unapologetically yourself.

You reconnect with what you value, not what others expect.

Your health, your voice, and your joy get to matter.

Why I understand your journey

As a recovering people pleaser and perfectionist, I know how easy it is to lose yourself while taking care of everyone else.

For years, I believed that my worth was tied to how much I could give. My turning point came during a mental health crisis when I realised that constantly saying "yes" to others was saying "no" to myself. Through therapy, coaching, and deep inner work, I reclaimed my voice, my health, and my life.

Today, I live a life aligned with my values - and I’m passionate about helping other women do the same.

Why I do what I do

Research shows 80% of autoimmune conditions affect women, often linked to chronic stress, burnout, and relentlessly putting others first. Our emotional lives and our physical health are inseparable.

One of the most common regrets of the dying?

"I wish I'd lived a life true to myself."

I refuse to let that be your story.

The cost of not living true to yourself

When we suppress our needs, emotions, and authenticity, it often shows up in our bodies as burnout, autoimmune conditions, anxiety, depression, or other health challenges.

But it doesn’t have to be this way. I’m here to help you create a life where your health, happiness, and voice matter just as much as anyone else’s.
